TWO MONTH FITNESS UPDATE! #getfitwithgee

Hello! It's been two months since I started my fitness journey and it's been one month since I posted my first month fitness update. This month bought a lot of changes to both my diet and workout plan.

During this month I have found it very difficult to lose weight. For the first two weeks I lost a total of 4lbs but then for the next two weeks I didn't lose anything. Nothing. It was very disheartening but the thing is, I could SEE changes, why weren't the scales telling me the same thing? However, seeing these changes finally gave me the push to continue. I can spend HOURS browsing blogs, instagram, youtube and pinterest to find new spreads to try out in my bullet journal. What I love even more is creating them and n this post I am going to be sharing all of them with you. #holdyourexcitement
