WE'VE ALL GOT TO START SOMEWHERE | GETFITWITHGEE #1

So I've been contemplating starting this #GETFITWITHGEE since the year docked. I actually have already written this post but then I got lazy and didn't publish it as my fitness journey came to a halt.
I am officially back on track now, as I have a holiday booked for the end of June and I want to look and feel good. Thus, (yes, I said thus) I am starting #GETFITWITHGEE and I am blogging about it.

On this installment of #GETFITWITHGEE we're talking about changes; changes in diet, changes in exercise and changes in attitude.

CHANGES IN DIET:
When I previously 'lost all of that weight' before, I cut out everything from chocolate to junk food and I don't remember finding it hard at all. Thinking about it now, I am dreading cutting out chocolate and the odd takeaway. So, I am taking the moderation pathway. I CAN and WILL have chocolate, not everyday but in moderation. I am going to try my best to cut out bread, eventhough I don't eat much of it and incorporate a bunch of colour in my diet (fill me up on them fruit and veggies!) Also, I am going to try and increase my water intake to around a litre, litre and a half a day.

CHANGES IN EXERCISE:
For the past couple of months, I have been averaging going to the gym maybe once or twice a month. Now, I am going to make it my mission (I even have a page dedicated in my bullet journal) to go at least three times a week.

CHANGES IN ATTITUDE:
When I was loosing weight before, I always used to get down when I didn't see results straight away. Now, I am going to try and be positive and not get hung up if I don't lose what I wanted as I now the results will eventually show.

Hopefully, this series will prove very helpful to you and will give you some inspiration. I am hoping to do weekly/ fortnightly updates which will include a weigh in, but it'll just say how many lbs I've lost, if any. I'd love for you guys to join me and #GETFITWITHGEE.
